Dr. Lamont A. Francies
Ed.d, PPSC; Founder & Principal
Dr. Lamont Ali Francies was born and raised in San Francisco, CA (Bayview/Hunter’s Point Community). He is the Senior Minister of the Delta Bay Church of Christ in Antioch California. He is an adjunct professor of Sociology at Brandman University.
Dr. Francies also does equity work for local school districts and is a sought after speaker, conducting workshops for numerous educational institutions. Dr. Francies has been invited to speak nationwide at conferences dealing with African American Student Achievement.
Dr. Carrie Frazier
D.M., M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Dr. Carrie L Frazier serves on the Board of Directors for the Allen-Hamer Academy and is the Founder/CEO of the Village Keepers that serves East and Central Contra Costa County, CA.
She has a Masters Degree in Social Work from San Francisco State University, San Francisco. CA, a Doctorate in Business Management from the University of Phoenix
Dr. Lawrence A. Rasheed
Dr. Lawrence A. Rasheed is a native San Diegan. He is a life long learner who has been in education for over the past 20 years.
He has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels; in addition, he also has administrative experience, as well as teaching ESL to adult students.

Synitha is currently a credentialed school counselor working at Pittsburg High School.
